The IVRPA is pleased to announce a new Palmela 2011 hotel — Palmela Village Golf Resort Studios.

When we started to work on this project, almost a year ago, no one could guess that in less than a month after opening registrations, two Hotels would be fully booked with Palmela 2011 attendees, and that we would need to sign with a third hotel to accommodate everyone.

A big thank you to the panoramic community for such a great support, all together we will make this the best panoramic event, ever!

Update: Starting today March 23, 2011, the IVRPA is making available to Palmela 2011 attendees a choice of two hotels when registering for Palmela 2011. The Hotel do Sado Business & Nature and the Palmela Village Golf Resort. Both hotels will be served by free bus transfers between the Palmela 2011 venues. Go ahead and register now.
As of today March 1, 2011, the Palmela Castle Pousada and the São Filipe Fortress Pousada in Setúbal are both fully booked with Palmela 2011 attendees, no more rooms are available in these hotels during the Palmela 2011 conference week.
Starting today March 1, 2011, the IVRPA is making available to Palmela 2011 attendees, another hotel that is conveniently located in Palmela, 10 minutes away from the conference venue and with free bus transfer between the Palmela 2011 venues included for additional convenience. Palmela Village Golf Resort Studios are a new hotel unit in Palmela with over 100 rooms available for Palmela 2011 attendees. Go ahead and register now.

The Palmela Village Studio Apartments have each a maximum capacity of two adults and one child under the age of 12 years old.
All studio apartments have more than 45sqm each, with high quality and comfort, perfectly integrated with the resort’s natural landscape.
Palmela 2011 attendees will find these apartments have all the comfort provided by contemporary facilities and materials.

 

The IVRPA negotiated a special conference package that enables us to offer rooms in the Palmela Village Golf Resort Studios from May 30 to June 6, 2011 at the following rates:

Exclusive Palmela Village Golf Resort Studios IVRPA Rates when booking is made until April 30* May 27* :

  • Single Studio Room – 65 Euro/night 75 Euro/night
  • Double Studio Room – 75 Euro/night 85 Euro/night

* After April 30 May 27, we can’t guarantee any rooms.

These prices are available to Palmela 2011 attendees only.

These prices are per room, per night and include Breakfast Buffet and Wi-Fi Internet Access during the stay. Prices are reserved to Palmela 2011 conference attendees and stand usable up to one week before May 31, 2011 and one week after June 5, 2011, depending on availability. The booking procedure will, as usual, be guaranteed by credit card. No debit will be made in advance, payment will only be made in person to the Palmela Village reception at check in.

The Palmela 2011 organization will provide free mini-bus transport between the Palmela Village Studio and the São João Theater in Palmela, the main conference venue. This free bus service also includes the to and from the Palmela Castle Pousada for dinner on June 1, etc.
