The IVRPA is pleased to announce a new Palmela 2011 hotel – Hotel do Sado Business & Nature.

This is the 4th official hotel to be enlisted to accommodate Palmela 2011 attendees and like the Palmela Castle Pousada, the S. Filipe Fortress Pousada and the Palmela Village Golf Resort, will be served by free bus transfers between the hotel and the Cine-Teatro São João main conference venue.

Update: Starting today March 23, 2011, the IVRPA is making available to Palmela 2011 attendees a choice of two hotels when registering for Palmela 2011. The Hotel do Sado Business & Nature and the Palmela Village Golf Resort. Both hotels will be served by free bus transfers between the Palmela 2011 venues. Go ahead and register now.

We are delighted to see registrations coming in at a pace never before seen on IVRPA conferences and this motivated us to make available another scenic hotel to Palmela 2011 attendees.

The Hotel do Sado Business & Nature is a four star unit located in line of sight between the Palmela Castle Pousada and the S. Filipe Fortress in Setúbal with the city of Setúbal and the Sado River making out for a great view from the balconies and from the fabulous panoramic restaurant on the 8th floor.

 

The IVRPA negotiated a special conference package that enables us to offer rooms in the Hotel do Sado Business & Nature from May 30 to June 6, 2011 at the following rates:

Exclusive Hotel do Sado Business & Nature IVRPA Rates when booking is made until April 30* May 27* :

  • Single Room – 65 Euro/night 75 Euro/night
  • Double Room – 75 Euro/night 85 Euro/night
  • Triple Room – 90 Euro/night 100 Euro/night

* After April 30 May 27, we can’t guarantee any rooms.

These prices are per room, per night and include Breakfast Buffet and Wi-Fi Internet Access during the stay. Prices are reserved to Palmela 2011 conference attendees and stand usable up to one week before May 31, 2011 and one week after June 5, 2011, depending on availability. The booking procedure will, as usual, be guaranteed by credit card. No debit will be made in advance, payment will only be made in person to the Hotel do Sado Business & Nature reception at check in.

The Palmela 2011 organization will provide free mini-bus transport between the Hotel do Sado Business & Nature and the São João Theater in Palmela, the main conference venue and main event locations during the conference.
